  We have offices in Queensland and Victoria supporting people in conflict, helping them to address concerns and reach mutually agreeable outcomes. Alternative dispute resolution is a cost-effective, confidential process which, where possible, seeks to preserve business and personal relationships.  

Using nationally approved non-adversarial mediation processes we assist parties in resolving disputes. With over 20 years in conflict resolution, we are skilled and accredited to deliver a quality conflict resolution services in the areas of Workplace and School disputes, Aged Care, Personal and Neighbourhood Disputes, Family Conflict, and Commercial Disputes.

Our goal is to support each party to reach clarity and certainty about their future.  Most significantly our service allows for the parties to negotiate what their future will look like.

We also understand that life can be complicated so we provide in-person and internet based services, both in and outside of normal business hours.
